PARKING
General admission
If using a navigation app for directions, enter “Monterey Pines Golf Course” or “1250 Garden Road, Monterey CA 93940” as the address. This will give you the most accurate and direct route for general admission parking. Please note that you will enter the event from Garden Road and then follow signs for general admission parking. Shuttles will be provided from the golf course parking lots to the Monterey Jet Center.
Accessible parking
Please display your valid blue parking permit in the windshield of your vehicle before entering Monterey Pines Golf Course.
VIP and ridesharing
If using a navigation app for directions, enter “Monterey Jet Center” or “198 Sky Park Drive, Monterey CA 93940” as the address. This will give you the most accurate and direct route for VIP parking and ridesharing. Please note that you will follow Garden Road to Henderson Way to enter the event.
Other important information
- No new guests will be permitted entry after 9:30pm. The event concludes at 10:30pm.
- Have your ticket up and ready to be scanned, either on your phone or printed.
- All attendees must be 21 or older, please bring valid identification.
- Bring layers, temperatures will drop significantly later in the evening.
Safety & Security
Security screening
Everyone and all items are subject to a security screening upon entry and at any time inside the venue. We will not allow entry with guns, drones, knives, fireworks or weapons of any kind. Please do not bring in food or alcoholic beverages from outside. Please make a plan to rideshare or appoint your designated driver.
Restrooms
Executive restrooms are available on site for guest use only. Accessible restrooms are also available.
Photographs
Guests may take non-commercial photographs inside the event.
Smoking
There is no smoking allowed within the FAA tarmac aircraft display and hangar display area. There is a designated smoking area outside the display area.
Pets
We do not allow animals at the event, aside from service animals with a certificate, for the safety of all guests and vehicles on display. Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
Children
No one under the age of 21 is allowed within the event area.
